The free way to run a grassroots club. Fixtures, availability and squads in one place, and subs and match fees that get paid without you chasing a single parent.
Live with early pilot clubs in the UK
See it in action
Parents see the next match, respond, and settle the fee without leaving the app. No group chat, no separate banking app, no "did you get my payment?" texts.

Alongside WhatsApp
Every other club platform wants to move your parents into a new app and quietly replace the group chat. Roster works with it instead. Payment links and reminders drop straight into the WhatsApp chats everyone already checks, and parents pay in a couple of taps.
No new app to download. No login to forget. The chat stays exactly where it is, and the admin sorts itself out.

New · Tournaments
Host a tournament, take entries, and run the day from your phone. Groups, knockouts, live scores and a public page anyone can follow.
Add your teams and Roster builds the groups and a clash-free schedule across every pitch, through to the Cup and Plate finals.
Enter a score pitch-side and standings, brackets and the champions update on the spot.
Share a public link or a QR at the gate. Parents follow their team live, no login, no app.
What Roster does
Fixtures and training in one shared calendar. Parents tap once to say they're in, and Roster chases the ones who forget so you never have to.
Collect match fees and subs by card or bank in a couple of taps. The money lands straight in the club account, and Roster sends the reminders so nobody has to chase.
See who's available, pick your squad, and share it in seconds. One place for who's playing, who's paid, and who needs a nudge.
Every team and age group under one roof. Admins see the lot, coaches see their own team, and treasurers get books that add up.
How it works
For coaches and admins
Create your club and teams, invite parents with a code or link, and post your matches and training. Add a fee to any event or a plan for subs, and Roster collects it and chases anyone who forgets.
For parents and players
See the next match, say you're in with one tap, and pay any fee by card or bank the moment it's due. No more group chat chaos, no more texts about who's paid.
Payments, done properly
Roster nudges parents about unpaid fees and unanswered RSVPs on its own, so the money comes in without you chasing a soul.
Parents pay by card or straight from their bank in seconds. The money lands in the club's own account, never ours.
Every payment in and out in one place, with a one tap export for the club accounts. Treasurers finally get books that balance.
Order a card reader through Roster and take contactless payments on matchday, from gate fees to raffle tickets.
Secure, reliable, bank grade payments, built by people who've run grassroots clubs and spent years in payments. It just works.

What coaches say
Roster has made it incredibly simple to collect our fees across all age groups, purely by issuing a payment reminder which goes straight to our parents.
